Bert Wright has exhibited horses for over 30 years including Halter, Western Pleasure, English Pleasure, Hunter Over Fences, Speed Events, Trail, Cutting and has recently started exhibiting a mule in obstacle challenges. Bert owns a Tennessee Walking Horse mare that she trail rides

Bert was a breeder for about ten years, standing a grandson of a full sister to Poco Bueno, in an attempt t help keep the idea of the foundation Quarter Horse alive. Bert’s weanlings won several International Buckskin Horse Association futurities and one of her two year old geldings went Grand at an open show defeating a AQHA Champion, which makes her halter classes interesting.

Bert has been judging breed and open shows for over 30 years and finds it satisfying that she is often asked back.

Bert has held cards with: POA, AMHA, Paso Fino Breeders Association, and was a charter Fla. Judge with the International Buckskin Horse Association.
